FSVP-aware short answer
What can Admiral Agro support for a US importer?
Admiral Agro can discuss product specifications, origin, packing, analysis, inspection and shipment documents for a specific US enquiry. The US importer remains responsible for confirming FDA, customs, FSVP and product-entry requirements with qualified advisers before import.
Official FDA references: FSVP final rule overview and Importing Food Products into the United States. Use the US importer FSVP checklist before requesting a proforma invoice.
How USA enquiries are handled
Admiral Agro currently treats the United States as a development market, not as a confirmed active or regulatory-ready destination. Each enquiry begins with the product, intended use, importer profile, destination port and required compliance documents.
The US importer and its qualified customs, food-safety and regulatory advisers remain responsible for confirming current entry requirements. Admiral Agro confirms only the documents, packing, inspection options and shipment route that can be supported for the specific product and contract.
No claim of FDA facility readiness, prior US shipment, blanket permit exemption or guaranteed US transit time is made on this page. Those points must be verified for the transaction before a proforma invoice is issued.
Priority products for market assessment: chickpeas, fava beans, green lentils, white beans and selected seeds, subject to specification and regulatory review.
