1. Match size to use
Small, medium and large fava beans are not interchangeable for every buyer. Tell us whether the shipment is for ful medames, falafel, food manufacturing, splitting or wholesale distribution.
2. Confirm crop and quality
Moisture, purity, broken percentage and visual defects are checked against the available lot. Crop year and storage status are confirmed in the offer where relevant.
3. Prepare documents early
Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, COA and buyer-nominated inspection should be agreed before loading, especially for regulated destination markets.
