1. Choose Kabuli or Desi
Kabuli is typically larger and lighter, commonly used for hummus, canning and foodservice. Desi is smaller and darker, often selected for regional recipes and specific processing needs.
2. Confirm caliber
7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm and 10 mm lots are quoted according to availability. Larger caliber is not always better; the right size depends on the buyer's recipe, yield and market.
3. Verify origin and documents
Egyptian and imported-origin lots are clearly stated in the offer. Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, COA and inspection arrangements are matched to the destination.
