Loading Ports for Egyptian Pulses & Grain Exports
Admiral Agro is an agricultural exporter, not a freight forwarder. We can arrange export loading for our contracted product shipments through Damietta, Alexandria, Ain Sokhna, Port Said and Adabiya, subject to product, carrier, route and agreed Incoterm.
Short answer: if you buy Admiral Agro products, the loading port and Incoterm are confirmed inside the product quotation. We do not sell standalone freight-forwarding or breakbulk services. Our integrated processing and cold-storage facility sits in the New Damietta Industrial Zone, about 30 km from Damietta Port; other port options can be quoted when suitable for the route. Damietta Port (primary)
Mediterranean port about 30 km from our facility — our default gateway for containerised pulses and dry cargo, with direct routes to the EU, the Mediterranean basin and North Africa.
Alexandria Port
Egypt's largest and most-connected Mediterranean port, with broad liner connectivity. A strong option for Europe, the Mediterranean and wider global destinations.
Ain Sokhna Port
Red Sea gateway on the Gulf of Suez — well suited to Red Sea, Arabian Gulf, East Africa and Asian routes, avoiding northbound Suez transit.
Port Said
Mediterranean option at the northern entrance of the Suez Canal; availability and carrier routing are confirmed for each quotation.
Adabiya Port
Gulf of Suez option for suitable cargo and routes; shipment acceptance and terms are confirmed case by case.
How to choose your loading port
For Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa, Damietta or Alexandria are usually most efficient. For Red Sea, Gulf, East Africa and Asia, Ain Sokhna is often the better gateway. Share your destination port and preferred Incoterm in your RFQ and we will quote the most cost-effective option.
